BARUCH COLLEGE–The Manhattan borough hearing of the CUNY Board of Trustees was held on Oct. 21, at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. The CUNY Board of Trustees meetings are open to the public; however, the public hearings are the easiest way to communicate with the board. It is only possible to present ideas at these public hearings if the people willing to speak sign up to do so in advance.
