BROOKLYN COLLEGE–On May 9, 2018, the CUNY Board of Trustees appointed Vita C. Rabinowitz as the interim chancellor of the City University of New York, effective June 1. Rabinowitz is replacing Chancellor James B. Milliken, who announced his resignation back in November of 2017 so he could focus on cancer treatments.
