BARUCH COLLEGE — A lawsuit against Baruch College was filed by the Alpha Phi Delta Fraternity, Inc. on Dec. 13 over the alleged suspension and harassment of members of Alpha Phi Delta at Baruch by the college administration. Administrators named in the complaint include CUNY Chancellor James Milliken, Baruch College President Mitchel B. Wallerstein, Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs David Christy and Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students Art King.
